Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
This five-day course teaches practical methods to identify, measure, and manage risks that affect business objectives. It covers both qualitative and quantitative analysis and shows how to link findings to decision-making, controls, and reporting. The course emphasizes methods you can apply immediately to meet regulatory expectations and improve resource allocation.
1. Create and maintain a risk register that maps risks to processes, assets, and stakeholders.
2. Apply qualitative tools (risk matrices, scenario analysis) and quantitative techniques (expected loss, Monte Carlo, sensitivity) to estimate likelihood and impact.
3. Prioritize risks using risk appetite, financial exposure, and control effectiveness to produce a ranked action list.
4. Develop costed risk treatment plans and specify controls, KPIs, and monitoring routines.
5. Prepare concise risk reports and dashboards and run stakeholder workshops to secure decisions and resources.
